SAL Saudi Logistics Services (SAL) has announced that it has signed a strategic agreement with Saudi Post to help boost mail handling and transportation operations across the kingdom.

Under this three-year deal, SAL will fully oversee mail handling - from the moment shipments are received, equip dedicated mail loading units, ensure the safety of shipments during storage and transportation, and manage their movement between warehouses, postal facilities and aircrafts.

This agreement aims to raise the efficiency of courier operations and achieve greater streamlining of services, thereby enhancing the integration of services between the postal and logistics sectors in the kingdom, it stated.

On the financial impact, SAL said the agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results from the date of its signing during the fourth quarter of 2026.-TradeArabia News Service
