AiMOGA Robotics: building an AI ecosystem
As automotive manufacturers race to integrate artificial intelligence into the driving experience, OMODA & JAECOO is pursuing a broader vision: creating an interconnected mobility ecosystem that links vehicles, AI technologies and everyday services.
The latest indication of that strategy comes from AiMOGA Robotics, the brand’s AI and robotics division, which has now surpassed 2,000 cumulative overseas robot deliveries across more than 60 countries and regions. The milestone highlights the growing international adoption of the company’s AI technologies and underlines how artificial intelligence is becoming a central pillar of OMODA & JAECOO’s future mobility roadmap.
While robotics may appear far removed from passenger vehicles, the technologies underpinning AiMOGA are increasingly influencing the wider OMODA & JAECOO ecosystem. Many of the AI capabilities being developed across the business are expected to support future intelligent mobility experiences, including those planned for the forthcoming OMODA 4, which is scheduled to arrive in the UAE later this year.
UAE Emerges as a Strategic Growth Market
The UAE has become one of OMODA & JAECOO’s fastest-growing markets in the Middle East. Since entering the market, the brand has exceeded 5,000 vehicle sales and established a network of seven showrooms across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.
As the company’s regional footprint expands, the UAE is expected to play an increasingly important role in the introduction of next-generation technologies, including the AI Smart Cockpit, Super Hybrid System (SHS) and Super Intelligent Valet Parking (SIVP).
These technologies formed the centrepiece of the recent OMODA SUPER AI NIGHT event in Indonesia, where the company revealed its latest developments in intelligent mobility and showcased the OMODA 4 during its Southeast Asian debut.
Beyond Voice Commands
At the heart of the brand’s AI strategy is its next-generation AI Smart Cockpit. Powered by advanced large language model (LLM) technology, the system moves beyond traditional voice recognition by analysing driver intent, learning user habits and delivering increasingly personalised interactions through continuous over-the-air updates.
The objective is to create a more intuitive and adaptive in-car experience, where the vehicle evolves alongside its owner rather than relying solely on pre-programmed commands.
The AI Smart Cockpit also serves as a cornerstone of the OMODA 4, reflecting the company’s ambition to combine artificial intelligence, connectivity and advanced driver-assistance technologies into a single user experience.
Making Urban Driving Easier
Another key component of the ecosystem is Super Intelligent Valet Parking (SIVP), OMODA & JAECOO’s advanced Level 2 parking assistance technology.
Designed for increasingly congested urban environments, the system assists drivers in identifying suitable parking spaces, manoeuvring into challenging parking bays and managing selected parking functions remotely within supported environments. While driver supervision remains essential, the technology aims to reduce the stress associated with everyday parking situations.

OMODA & JAECOO’s proposition extends beyond selling cars
Expanding the Hybrid Portfolio
Alongside its AI developments, OMODA & JAECOO continues to broaden its Super Hybrid System offering in the UAE.
Current and upcoming models, including the JAECOO J7 SHS and the forthcoming OMODA O5 SHS-H, are designed to combine performance, extended driving range and improved fuel efficiency. The expanding portfolio reflects the company’s wider strategy of offering customers a choice of intelligent and electrified mobility solutions while supporting the region’s growing interest in lower-emission transport options.
AI Beyond the Vehicle
Perhaps the most distinctive aspect of OMODA & JAECOO’s strategy is its ambition to extend artificial intelligence beyond the vehicle itself.
Through AiMOGA Robotics, the company has expanded into applications including automotive retail, intelligent customer service, smart policing, medical guidance and business reception services. The robotics business now operates across more than 60 countries, supported by Chery’s global manufacturing, logistics and after-sales network.
For OMODA & JAECOO, these developments represent an opportunity to build expertise across multiple AI-driven sectors while creating synergies between mobility, automation and customer interaction.
“Artificial intelligence is becoming an essential part of future mobility, extending beyond the vehicle itself into a broader intelligent ecosystem,” said Shawn Xu, CEO of OMODA & JAECOO International.
“The rapid global expansion of AiMOGA Robotics demonstrates our long-term commitment to AI innovation. Combined with technologies such as our AI Smart Cockpit, Super Hybrid System and Super Intelligent Valet Parking, we are building a smarter, more connected mobility experience for customers around the world, including the UAE.”
Looking Ahead
With the OMODA 4 set for a UAE launch later this year, the company’s next phase of growth will be closely tied to its ability to translate AI innovation into practical customer benefits.
Whether through intelligent vehicle interfaces, advanced parking assistance, hybrid powertrains or AI-powered robotics, OMODA & JAECOO is positioning itself as more than a traditional automotive manufacturer. Instead, it is seeking to establish a broader intelligent mobility ecosystem where vehicles, connected technologies and everyday services converge, an approach that aligns closely with the UAE’s ambitions to become a leading market for next-generation smart mobility.
