The exhibition spans the entire F&B value chain

Gulfood Manufacturing returns to Dubai World Trade Centre from November 3 to 5 as the UAE accelerates efforts to strengthen food security, expand local production and grow its food manufacturing sector.

The event comes amid ambitious national targets to increase the sector’s contribution to GDP from AED30 billion ($8.17 billion) to AED40 billion by 2028, expand food trade to AED40 billion, create 20,000 jobs, and achieve AED2 billion in annual import substitution through local production. Supporting up to 200 food factories and boosting domestic production capacity by 15-30 per cent, these initiatives underscore the growing importance of food manufacturing to the UAE’s diversification agenda.

Aligned with the UAE National Food Security Strategy 2051, the fair spans the entire F&B value chain, from ingredients and processing to packaging, automation and supply chain solutions, bringing together the technologies to build future-ready food systems.

Industry leaders including GEA, Krones, Tetra Pak, SIG, Sidel, ADM, Cargill, Döhler, Givaudan, IFF and Symrise, alongside supply chain specialists, will showcase innovations in processing, packaging, robotics, AI-driven manufacturing, traceability, cold chain logistics and predictive planning.
