Front End Limited Company, Saudi Arabia’s pioneer of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, and US-based mobile fuel expert, Booster Fuels, today (November 25) signed a MoU for the establishment of a new joint venture company that introduces last-mile mobile fuel delivery services across the kingdom.
Signed in Washington, D.C. under the patronage of President Donald J. Trump and HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during the historic US–Saudi Investment Forum, this collaboration marks a major step in U.S.–Middle East deep-tech co-operation.
By uniting Front End’s logistics expertise with Booster’s mobile fuel-delivery technology, the partnership will streamline fleet refueling, cut operating costs, and modernize logistics operations across Saudi Arabia.
The high-impact partnership is focused on scaling technology-enabled mobile fueling services across Saudi Arabia’s major cities, directly supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 mandate to integrate advanced technologies into the country’s Logistics sector.
Starting with an initial pilot phase at Dammam city in the kingdom's Eastern Province, the duo aim to showcase the operational efficiency of their latest model for corporate fleets, service vehicles, and high-density consumer environments.
The programme will combine Front End’s local market expertise, and Booster’s proprietary smart mobile fueling technology, forming a localized vessel for advanced solutions rooted in the kingdom, it stated.
This marks the first phase of a carefully considered roadmap that will eventually expand to other major cities in Saudi Arabia including Riyadh and Jeddah, following the fulfilment of pre-determined operational milestones.
On the joint venture, Majid F, Alghaslan, Chairman and CEO of Front End Limited Company, said: "The execution of this MoU marks a tangible step toward enhancing technological and commercial cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the US."
Front End, he stated, remained committed to introducing transformative technologies to the kingdom and considered Booster’s smart fueling capabilities the perfect solution to address growing market demand with greater efficiency and remarkable innovation.
"We’re ready to drive a new era of last-mile logistics and accelerate Saudi Arabia’s digital-first economy," he added.
Frank Mycroft, CEO of Booster Fuels, said this strategic partnership with Front End represents a pivotal launchpad for its international expansion.
"Through joining forces with an esteemed Saudi-based entity, we have full confidence in our ability to successfully deploy mobile fueling technology in the kingdom. Booster’s ethos vows to deliver safe, and sustainable logistics solutions, and we’re honored to be a part of Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation," he added.
In recent years, the US and Saudi Arabia have strengthened their bilateral relationship, with an increased focus on technology exchange and significant investments in AI infrastructure.
The collaboration between Front End and Booster is expected to significantly contribute to the growth of Saudi Arabia’s modern, integrated infrastructure, further positioning the kingdom as a global leader in smart logistics.-TradeArabia News Service
