Innovative technologies and individual solutions have put Haeusler AG in a league of its own.

The company, an exhibitor at Gulf Industry Fair, has accumulated more than 70 years of experience and today serves diverse sectors including automotive, aviation, boilers and exchangers, petrol and offshore, power plants, ship construction, steel and vessel constructions and windmills.
“Haeusler AG has firmly established its position on the market as a global supplier of machines and systems for metal processing, assembly and welding as well as of complete production lines,” it says.
The production programme comprises three- and four-roll plate-bending machines, universal section bending machines, beam and pipe-bending machines and assembling and welding equipment such as crocodile, clamp rings, and tack-welding machines.
The list includes special machines such as automatic bending machines, dishing presses and flanging machines, special forming, sizing and straightening machines, beam welders and tube panel welders.
Other items covered in the production programme are pipe mills and production lines for fuel tanks, storage and transport tanks and wheel rims.

While maintaining its existing business contacts in the traditional European markets, Haeusler AG is constantly expanding its activities into new markets. The following ongoing projects in the Gulf have an Haeusler AG involvement:
The company manufactured and supplied two similar LSAW steel pipe mills for production of pipes in sizes ranging from 16 and 60 inches diameter for two projects, one of which was a steel pipe factory in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi built by Al Jazira Pipe Industries & Oil Services (JPIOS). The other project was a steel pipe factory built by the Kuwait Pipe Industries & Oil Services Co (KPIOS).
Haeusler AG also manufactured and supplied hydraulic dishing press type HKP, appendant manipulator HMB and flanging machine HBM for a new production line of the Energy Engineering Services company (EES) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, to produce boiler heads up to a thickness of 45 mm (in cold condition) and 90 mm (in hot condition) with the head diameter of 7,300 mm maximum.
The company also manufactured and supplied four roll plate bending machine type VRM for the leading marine solutions company McDermott with the plate width of a maximum of 3,050 mm, installed power of approximately 2 x 110 kW and machine weight of approximately 145 tonnes.
