“With the help of Exactus’ supply chain execution solutions, Al Sayegh plans to expand operations to drive overall growth, improve performance and boost customer service levels,” says Mohideen Shaikh, business development manager, Business Systems.
Recognising the need for an advanced solution to support and fulfill growing operations and customer requirements, Al Sayegh turned to Exactus to provide the technology platform for a feature-rich and efficient WMS Solution. “The ease of use and functionality of Exactus’ solutions made our decision easy,” says Iqbal Hussain, VP and deputy CEO at Al Sayegh Brothers Group. “Exactus was clearly our top choice for delivering an outstanding set of solutions that can help us improve our process flows and support our long-term growth initiative”.
To better compete in the marketplace, Al Sayegh plans to fully empower its IT platform to leverage supply chain information for business improvement and expansion. Exactus’ Aware Warehouse Management solution will help streamline processes that will translate into increased volume support, optimised use of warehouse space and improved order fulfillment accuracy whilst reducing overall costs significantly.
“We also needed a very flexible billing solution for our service centre that could pull real-time data from the WMS system, cutting time spent on transactions and protecting profitability as well as helping us simplify our complex and unique customer contracts. By implementing the Exactus solution, Al Sayegh will look to improve its billing accuracy and increase customer service levels,” says Fakhruddin Husain, financial controller at Al Sayegh Brothers.
“Al Sayegh knows what it takes to stay ahead and remain competitive in the marketplace,” says Nasser Tufail, Business Systems’ managing director. “Our demonstrated track record of deploying complex solutions at companies in a similar logistics industry helped set us apart from other solution providers. Deploying Exactus’ Aware solution will allow Al Sayegh Brothers to improve warehouse facility layout and optimisation, increase inventory and billing accuracy, and identify hidden costs of doing business. Our supply chain solutions will help position them to grow their operations, enhance customer service and strengthen the bottom line.”
