RCI provides management, engineering, consulting, and inspection services to the on and offshore oil and gas industry. Contracts with RCI are at competitive hourly rates on a strictly as-needed or as-used basis.
On well defined projects RCI can offer its project management, engineering and inspection services on a lump sum basis. RCI typically works under the Master Service Agreement of its clients, but it does provide pro-forma Master Service Agreements if required.
It is also pleased to work under specific service contracts or service orders where applicable.

Inspection
The majority of RCI inspectors and project coordinators are RCI employees; very few members of its staff are contractors. This translates into dependable inspection services for our clients from experienced professionals with years of service in the field.
The experience level of RCI's inspectors and project coordinators ranges from seven to thirty-five years.
Their expertise in offshore construction spans from shore base facilities to deepwater pipelines and includes fabrication of new facilities; upgrading of existing facilities; refurbishment of used platforms for reinstallation; instrumentation and electrical work; pipeline coating, welding, and installation; platform and pipeline hookup and commissioning; all aspects of repair work; non-destructive testing; platform salvage and pipeline abandonment/removal; and all other aspects of offshore oilfield construction and salvage.
