DHL Express has entered into a strategic partnership with Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone (DSBH) to help entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) expand their reach in international markets through enhanced logistics support and trade expertise.

The collaboration brings DHL Express’s global logistics network and international trade know-how to businesses operating within DSBH, supporting their efforts to navigate cross-border commerce more efficiently and competitively. The initiative is aimed at improving export readiness, simplifying international shipping processes, and equipping SMEs with the practical knowledge needed to scale globally.

A key component of the partnership is DHL’s GoTrade programme, which focuses on empowering SMEs through knowledge transfer and capacity building. Under the initiative, DSBH members will gain access to the “Trade and Grow Beyond Borders” curriculum, delivered by certified DHL experts.

The programme covers critical areas of international trade, including customs clearance procedures, shipping documentation, logistics planning, market entry strategies, and export best practices. Through this training, DHL aims to help businesses overcome common barriers to international expansion and build the confidence required to access new markets.
