Conject opens Dubai office

Conject, a provider of modern, integrated infrastructure lifecycle management (ILM) solutions has introduced its Internet-capable Facility Management (FM) solution for the Middle East’s burgeoning construction and real estate sector through its recently opened office in Dubai.

The Conject FM solution helps to cut building management costs by allowing customers to improve the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of their real estate and property management system. Companies and authorities that need to manage extensive real estate portfolios on tight budgets will particularly benefit from the improved valuation of costs and buildings, cost-effective management and strategic area management, a company statement said.
Frank Weiss, managing director, Conject International, says: “We are bringing our facilities management suite to the Middle East as an ideal cost-effective solution for the region’s rapidly expanding FM market, which in Dubai alone grew to an estimated Dh2.5 billion ($680 million) in 2005 and is giving even the Emirate’s fast growing construction sector a run for its money.”
The Conject FM modules are devised for commercial, infrastructural and technical facilities management to help all owners or facility managers to clearly structure their data, administrate any technical equipment and build up an individual system for the efficient management of incidents. The solution addresses industrial issues such as energy management and hazardous waste disposal management.
Facilities management applications can have a significant impact on a business’ bottom line by trimming excessive overheads and maintaining well-adjusted asset life cycles.
