AAE Group Holdings Limited, parent of Advanced Armour Engineering (AAE) and Advanced Wear Parts (AWP), has announced two senior promotions. Owen Hall has been promoted from Sales Manager to Sales Director, and Dale Joubert from Engineering Manager to Technical Director. Both roles cover AAE and AWP.

Owen and Dale have each been with the business for more than ten years. Their appointments recognise the part they have played in the group’s growth and strengthen its leadership as it continues to expand, the company said in a statement.

The two new director roles give sales and engineering senior leadership at board level, closer to customers and to the group’s strategic decisions. 

As Sales Director, Owen will lead sales and business development for both AAE and AWP, driving growth across defence, oil and gas, power generation, cement, mining, quarrying and construction.

As Technical Director, Dale will lead engineering, design and technical standards across AAE and AWP, supporting the group’s facilities and capabilities.
