Kanoo Commercial Group, a division of the Kanoo Group, has launched the Power and Industrial Projects (P&IP) Division.

P&IP will provide engineering solutions and value-added services to all utility sector companies as well as a multitude of industries spread across the Gulf.

The division provides innovative solutions and comprehensive systems in the areas of: Repairs; retrofits; refurbishment; rejuvenation; reverse engineering; reconditioning; advanced lubricants; customised solutions; industrial consumables; industrial tools and safety products; services and spares; corrosion control; and non-destructive testing (NDT).

Two other services offered include thermal scans of equipment, machinery and piping systems with complete scan reports; and a unique "Sermetel" coating service, which resists corrosion and increases efficiency, for a wide variety of applications related to turbine engine components and other critical parts.
