Sharjah-based Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar, dealers for Caterpillar in the UAE, received a very good response from visitors at the recently concluded Buildex 2007.

Al-Bahar displayed a wide range of products designed to meet the requirements of the quarry and aggregates industry such as excavators, wheel loaders and dozers.
The event is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of trade, technology and equipment specific to the construction and quarry industry within the Middle East. The show offers great value and exposure for the exhibiting companies from these vast and dynamic industries, according to a spokesman for Al Bahar.
“Our participation was important in order to educate clients on the latest technologies and also to have direct contact with them.  Al Bahar’s presence was an added value to clients as well as organisers,” he says.
“Our sales engineers were around to share their knowledge with visitors on the latest technologies available. We received very good response with a few serious inquiries.”  
One of its customers and visitors praised Al-Bahar for its high-quality products and professionalism, according to the spokesman. “The company has a very good knowledge of the products and a solution to all problems,” he says.
The three-day exhibition for the construction and stone-crushing industries was held at Fujairah’s Exhibition Centre with some of the largest companies in the field showcasing their latest products and technologies.
With a presence around the Gulf – the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait – Al-Bahar deals with equipment and the power system including parts, sales (new and used), service and rentals.
