Empost, the UAE’s national courier company, continues to expand its international operations into new markets with its recent entry into Europe by positioning itself as a quality provider of customised courier services.

The move comes in line with Empost’s strategy to make the most of its past achievements and develop its course to better service global and local clients.
This milestone initiative follows the company’s international expansion plan that started with the Far East and the Indian Subcontinent lately and now covers over 50 European countries with fast, reliable services and competitive pricing policies.
“The growth in global trade and commerce has resulted in an unprecedented demand for consistent and economical courier services worldwide, and we are poised to capitalise on this growing business trend. The expansion of our international services will present new opportunities for both our European clients and local clients,” said Sultan Al Midfa, CEO, Empost.
“While we have long recognised the benefits of providing services to promising markets such as the Far East and India, we have also realised that Europe is a lucrative region, with the 2004 statistics showing the value of the UK courier and express services at £14.4 billion ($27 billion) and continuing to grow strongly.”
Midfa said Empost was confident that its experience of over nine years in that sector could help its clients realise significant savings in both time and costs as well as provide them ready access to its high-calibre global courier services.
