Poles contract

Al-Babtain is executing a Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) project to supply power distribution poles worth approx SR25 million ($7 million) in the western and southern province of Saudi Arabia.

The contract was signed with Mohammed Bin Al-Garboo Est, a local contracting company.
 The scope of work includes the design, manufacture and supply of distribution poles of a voltage capacity of 13.8 KV and height within 13 m.
 This project will bring electrical power across Yalamlam, Al-Shoaiba and Jadam village (western region) and between Viva Al-Darb and Mohail Assir village (southern region) of Saudi Arabia.
 Fawaz Zain El-Abidin, Al-Babtain regional sales manager, said the company had gained a strong reputation in the market because it had highly qualified professionals, was reliable and aimed to maximise customer satisfaction
 Supplies for the SEC project are due for completion at the end of December 2007.
