The Riyadh-based Namerah Factory Company for Air Compressors is concentrating on providing a total solution for its customers.

The solution includes supply of air systems with full accessories.

It is also focussing on marketing screw compressors.

The company has a tie-up with Fiac of Italy. Fiac is a world leader in the compressor market with air compressors of every type and power (from 0.5 hp to over 100 hp).

However, the products are customised for the local environment by adjusting the size of coolers, fans and even the electronic boards, says factory manager Abdul Rahman Tabbarah.

Fiac's TK series modular rotary screw systems are easy to install and provide immediate access to all principal components through the front panel. They come in powers of 7.5, 10 and 15 CV in various configurations; are designed for continuous operation; and have pressurised cabinet and forced air ventilation for quiet operation.

Namerah has both stock and build to order programmes.

The major clients for Namerah's piston compressors are contractors and small businesses while, for the screw compressors, its clients are from medium and large industries, says Tabbarah.

The advantage of screw compressors is that it can be run continuously 24 hours seven days a week. It is also easier to maintain and less noisy (most are under 70 decibels).
