Aggreko, a world leader in providing temporary power solutions, has been awarded in partnership with Oilfield Services and Transport (OFSAT) in Oman three contracts from the Oman Ministry of Electricity and Water to supply a total of 14 MW as temporary power stations in the Sharquiya region.
As the summer temperatures soar, demand for power increases, and Aggreko will provide the additional power requirements during May, June and July. This contract award follows the successful provision of a similar service last year.
"We can provide cost-effective, flexible yet reliable solutions to meet our customers' needs," said a spokesman for Aggreko in Middle East. "We are able to draw on our local, regional and global resources and expertise to provide first class services to our customers. No job is too big or too small for Aggreko and OFSAT.''
Operating from eight locations in the Middle East, Aggreko provides cost-effective power rental solutions, with purpose-built equipment from 15 kVA to 2,000 kVA with all ancillary equipment readily available through a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service network.
