Oman-based chicken producer A’saffa Poultry Farms has tied up with Wally’s, the first Omani fast food chain, as the sole supplier of all their chicken products.

Starting in 2001 and engaged in the production of fresh and frozen chicken items, A’saffa began commercial production in 2004 and is today a household name in the Sultanate. The company highlights it is enforcing stringent production standards.
A’saffa expanded its production capacity having increased the number of hatcheries, process houses, machinery and slaughter houses.
“The new Arabiatta flavour beautifully blends in the goodness of the spices and tender chicken. I am sure people are going to love it,” stated Daeij al Hosni of A’saffa Poultry Farms.
“We are very proud of our association with A’saffa Poultry Farms as they are the number one chicken producing company in the country,” added Sami al Wahaibi, executive manager, Wally’s.
“When we decided to create Arabiatta, we were clear that we wanted to use Omani spices as they are an integral part of every household. But we also wanted to create something new and different that our customers can look forward to and our obvious choice was A’saffa chicken.” A’saffa Poultry Farms SAOG is situated in Thumrait, in the southern Dhofar region. The plant processes 16 million naturally fed and hand slaughtered chickens in a year.
The A’saffa range includes fresh and frozen chicken along with chicken appetisers like nuggets, burgers, fillets, fingers, samosas and springrolls.
