At the recently concluded EMO 2007, MEBA Metall-Bandsنgemaschinen GmbH presented its innovative solutions which are available for any sawing task and which have placed it amongst the most diverse manufacturers in the industry.

Visitors could view MEBA’s wide product range starting from simple metal sawing tasks to cracking series production up to exceedingly complex requirements in steel manufacturing.
The highlight of MEBA’s offerings was a newly developed power package for enduring operation – the new MEBAmat: continuous ball lead screws, which are maintenance-free and free of play and provide an easy motion operation. A masculine feed with servo technique and ball lead screw promises the highest cutting performance and cutting quality. The material infeed by servo-ball lead screw promises precision, right from the beginning. It was the first time that this novel method was viewed by the market.
The bandsawing machines of the production line MEBAeco appear remarkably individual. Surveying the system of this line, one could term it as “individuality off-the-shelf.”   A spokesman of the company said: “The customer can compile his individual machine out of a continuously technically enhanced ‘modular system.’ Features such as the progressive electrical feed, the stepless frequency-regulated drive as well as the latest linear infeed technique for all leading guidances are outstanding. The MEBAeco 410 DGA version offers the possibility of a flexible infeed shuttle especially for steel construction and the steel trade, which is enlargeable in nearly all lengths. The automation of this machine range achieves accurate cutting lengths by the servo-positioning technique.”
Considered unparalleled in its class are the bandsaws of the production line MEBApro. “These sawing experts are absolutely high-tech not just because of their unique miter system that inspires technique enthusiasts’ emotions. The model MEBApro 260 GP convinces with its miter assembly: all sensitive parts such as swivel bearing, miter system and measuring system are situated outside the dirty area and easily accessible.
