The forthcoming Housewares & Hometech Middle East exhibition, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from May 17 to 20 will witness a major participation from leading houseware manufacturers from Turkey. The annual exhibition is being organised by Epoc Messe Frankfurt, a subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt, the world's third largest trade fair company.

"Houseware products have become a major export earner in a lot of countries. Turkish manufacturers have created a significant base for themselves in the Middle East and Europe with their quality products that use the latest technology," said Michael El Nayal, managing partner, Epoc Messe Frankfurt.

Turkish manufacturers will display a range of household products at the Housewares & Hometech show, which will include household and kitchen appliances, electrical appliances, vacuum cleaners, glassware, bathroom accessories and gift items.

Main Celik, from Turkey, is one of the biggest manufacturers of kitchenware in Europe. The company offers customers a wide range of casseroles, frying pans, saucepans, pressure cookers, kettles, tea/coffee pots as well as a variety of cooking accessories.

Artac Kitchenware, also Turkish, has been manufacturing stainless steel kitchen utensils for approximately 30 years. Their product list includes tableware, serving ladles and sets, spaghetti strainer and coffee pot sets. The company produces original models that enhance the kitchen decor. All Artac products are ratified and accredited in terms of international health and quality standards.

Another Turkish company, Ihlas Home Appliances, has been a major exporter of houseware products to the Middle East and CIS countries.
