ACDelco, which has a service centre in Doha, will operate two more facilities in Qatar, the company said.

The new centres will come up in the Ghrafa and Salwa Road areas, regional marketing chief David Mehelas said

The manager of the existing centre on Airport Road, Basil Huneidi, said vehicles serviced there increased 10 to 15 per cent every month and that August was the best month, registering a 40 per cent increase. The centre opened in April 2001. The new facilities in Qatar will give ACDelco 21 service centres in the Middle East.
