GLOBAL automated solutions provider Rockwell Automation continues to grow in the oil and gas sector after securing a number of contracts. The contracts include a technical upgrade of a gas terminal and a semi-submersible rig as well as complementary contracts for electrical and instrumentation engineering, procurement and construction (E&I EPC) services which will provide increased value to its customers’ automation projects.  

Rockwell Automation’s products and solutions, which support a number of major oil and gas clients, are designed to maximise process productivity and uptime across a wide range of industries, while reducing energy consumption, complying with applicable regulations and minimising risks.

We also provide system support and integrated technology solutions as well as project management.”

Major sector
Chan said the oil and gas industry is a major sector for Rockwell Automation, a fact borne out by recent contract wins and continued growth.
