Almajdouie has been very successful in winning logistics contracts

In 2011 Almajdouie Logistics moved 1.5 million freight tonnes of project cargo arriving in various Saudi ports. The company also handled more than 12 million tonnes of finished products including 8 million tonnes of petrochemicals. It says it now handles 70 per cent of total production of the Saudi
polymer industry. The company enjoyed 28 per cent revenue growth in 2011 compared with the previous year. Project cargo revenue was 30 per cent higher and represented 18 per cent of the total. Revenue growth in petrochemical logistics climbed 12 per cent, contributing 47 per cent.

Almajdouie Group is in the process of merging five logistics companies to form Almajdouie Logistics Company. The companies being merged are Almajdouie Transport, Almajdouie Logistics & Distributions, Almajdouie Terminals, Almajdouie Heavy Lifts Transport & Engineering and Continental Freight and International Project Department.

Its joint venture companies are Almajdouie PSC Heavy Lift Co Ltd (MPSC), Bahrain; Almajdouie De Rijke Logistics Co (MDR), Rabigh Petrochemical Logistics (RPL), Maxx Logistics, UAE; Mega Heavy Forwarding, Abu Dhabi; Sinotrans and Almajdouie Middle East, Almajdouie Kazmi International, Kuwait; and Petrologi- Global Petrochemical Logistics Company, Bahrain.
