Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, today (September 29) issued a decree forming the board of directors of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), with Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as its Chairman.

Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the first deputy ruler of Dubai, will serve as vice chairman, reported state news agency Wam.

The board members include Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh and Helal Saeed Almarri.

The decree takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in Dubai's Official Gazette, it added.
