Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC), organiser of Saudi Stone-Tech, has signed collaboration agreements with two Italian establishments.

The partnerships are with VeronaFiere, the Verona trade fair company, and the Italian Marmomacchine Association, a technical and promotional organisation for Italy’s stone and allied industries.

REC said the alliance was forged to boost international participation in Saudi Stone-Tech taking place from October 18 to 21 at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

VeronaFiere, Italy’s top trade show expert that annually organises Marmomacc, the international exhibition of stone design and technology, and the Italian Marmomacchine Association will lend their expertise to boost international interest in the booming stone and stone technology sector in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.

Saudi Stone-Tech is an important partner event to one of the region’s largest construction fairs, Saudi Build 2010 – the 22nd International Construction Technology and Building Materials Exhibition, which will be held concurrently.
