The company reports that its new Heavy Fabrication Bay (120 m long x 24 m wide x 10 m hook height) with state-of-the-art welding equipment and handling facilities became fully operational at the beginning of 2006.
Inma Steel is an ASME-accredited and ISO 9001-2000-certified wholly owned subsidiary of the Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Group of Companies (Alturki Group), a major industrial conglomerate from Saudi Arabia.
With its manufacturing base in Jubail, Inma Steel is conveniently located to meet the logistical requirements for shipping large and heavy process equipment to its clients within Saudi Arabia and neighboring GCC countries.  The manufacturing facility has state-of-the-art machinery for profile cutting, rolling/forming, and welding among other activities. The facilities are augmented by the dedication and commitment of teams of experienced, qualified and highly skilled teams of 6G code welders, engineers and management staff,” says Marwan Younis, Inma Steel general manager.

In 1994 Inma Steel was spun-off as a separate corporate entity.
Year 1998 witnessed a major transformation and since then the company has executed an impressive list of project orders for many of its prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia and abroad involving the supply of pressure vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers, skid-mounted process systems, scrubbers, silencers, flare stacks/flare tips, process tanks, process piping and other custom-built process equipment required by the oil and gas, refineries, petrochemicals, fertiliser, power, water and desalination and other process industries.
Today, Inma Steel is ranked as one of the top fabrication companies based in the Middle East and has earned the goodwill of its clients for achieving excellence in quality and for its ability to successfully execute the most challenging project orders in record times, Younis said.
