Trident International Holdings (TIH), a new entity in real estate development, has revolutionised the concept of luxury living in the Middle East and become a pioneer in some of the bold concepts related to upmarket living standards.

In a strategic initiative that reinforces its real estate portfolio and steps up retail space in Dubai’s most prestigious waterfront developments, TIH recently unveiled innovative, upscale waterfront retail concepts at its luxury freehold residential projects at Dubai Marina.
With this move, the company has emerged among the first few in Dubai Marina to have premium residential and leisure spaces interlaced with contemporary retail offerings at its Bayside Residence, Marinascape and Trident Grand Residence projects.
Trident’s retail initiatives spread over 90,000 cumulative sq ft is expected to set new benchmarks adding significant value to its portfolio of real estate offerings.
TIH, a global group having a presence in many countries worldwide, is engaged in diversified corporate activities with interests in horology, global corporate financing, telecommunications and real estate promotion and development.
The design and luxury standards introduced by TIH have become international benchmarks for some of the other leading property developers.
The company, which has an office in Dafz, has launched four projects at the Dubai Marina: One of them, Waterfront, is a boutique 20-storey residential tower, surrounded by the sea on one side and the Jumeirah Islands on the other. All 71 residential units that comprise the tower will boast spectacular views of the Marina, spacious parks, the Arabian Gulf and the new Jumeirah Islands development.
With interiors exclusively designed by Hirsch Bedner & Associates, the project echoed a first-of-a-kind Sky Villa, which has the luxury and spaciousness of a villa but with the airiness and feeling of a penthouse.
The Waterfront also features “smart homes” which is another first for a residential proposition in Dubai Marina. Virtual parenting and controlled light and temperature are just a few of the advantages of having a smart home.
The second project, Marinascape, occupies one of the most premium locations – at the edge of the arterial man-made marina within the community. The project consists of two grand residential towers – the 35-storey Oceanic and the 25-storey Avant cumulatively comprising over 200 two- and three-bedroom waterfront condominiums. Additionally it also comprises Marina Homes – luxury 4-bedroom villas with rooftop-landscaped terraces.
Designed by Hirsch Bedner & Associates is the “Aqua Centro” clubhouse, featuring an infinity pool, and indoor sky-lit dome pool and a jacuzzi at the lower levels. Each home in the Marinascape comes equipped with 3G super-wired systems which means one can access any functionality of home from miles away.
The third project, Bayside Residence, comprises 22-storeys offering 101 – one-, two-, and three-bedroom waterfront condominiums, marina homes and penthouses.
Re-emphasising the premium location of this development are the three-storey Marina Homes complete with a private lift and sky lawns, penthouses and duplex villas.
Bayside Residence would include luxury features such as the ‘Infinity Pool’ and ‘Intelligent Homes - 3G Super Wired Residence,’ that were pioneered by Trident in the region in addition to standard ‘home theatre’ systems complete with 42-inch plasma screens in every condominium.
