The recent relocation of Degussa’s regional office from Sharjah to the Jebel Ali Free Zone is offering the company better access to key service providers such as warehousing and logistics firms, which is a further step to improving the support to customers, the company says.

Degussa Middle East is the regional office for the four divisions within the group, namely Fine & Industrial Chemicals, Performance Materials, Coatings & Advanced Fillers and Specialty Polymers.
“The strategic location of the Jebel Ali Free Zone, which is in close proximity to the regional markets, together with its ease of operations, makes it an ideal platform from where it can grow the business further,” a company spokesman said.
“Degussa is, besides other business activities, especially participating in the growth of the coatings industry and is successfully introducing its skin care programme to GCC markets,” he added.
