

Rental Solutions & Services LLC (RSS), a global provider of rental power and cooling, recently signed a joint venture agreement with Mubadarah Investments (MI), a diverse group of companies based in Muscat, to supply temporary cooling and rental power services in Oman.
The JV contract agreement was signed by Milan Balac, managing director of RSS, and Yasser Al-Barami, CEO of MI.
Al-Barami said MI had a wide local network which would benefit the partnership in terms of operations, marketing and logistics. “We have a deep and thorough understanding of the local market in the areas of industrial, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, telecommunication and utilities. Almost all engineering-related company’s in the sultanate recognised MI companies as a good provider of high-quality engineering solutions,” he said.
Balac said Oman’s economy and its future expansion plans were very promising. “This opportunity has prompted RSS to form an agreement with MI. We believe there are significant synergies between RSS and MI which will ultimately benefit the Omani market. RSS will provide the latest technical expertise in rental power and temporary cooling while MI’s in-depth local knowledge of the market will ensure swift market penetration and sustainable growth in the sultanate.”
