Emirates Extrusions Factory, a subsidiary of M’sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, recently unveiled two products, the Emerald 2008 with section 120 mm and Paragon 2008 with section 105 mm as part of a new sliding series developed to address the growth in demand for high-performance, eco-friendly and technologically superior aluminium profiles in the region’s booming construction sector.
Emerald 2008 with 120 mm section and the Paragon 2008 with 105 mm section have been carefully developed to match the construction and architectural requirements in Arab countries. The new products have also been designed according to European standards and have been thoroughly tested to withstand extreme environment conditions.
Khalfan Al Suwaidi, general manager, Emirates Extrusions Factory, said the enormous growth of the construction industry had led to an increase in demand for stronger aluminium systems that could withstand extreme local conditions.
“With the immense size and complexity of the development projects in the region, it is essential that only the highest quality products be used in all levels of development. Emirates Extrusions Factory has developed Emerald 2008 and Paragon 2008 to match regional requirements and offer excellent environmental benefits.”
Emerald 2008 is a new thermal break system that features competitive advantages such as powerful mechanical strength for compound thermal insulation aluminium materials, good heat and sound insulation properties, and innovative design that keeps out sand and dust.
Paragon 2008 is a normal system that features advanced and improved performance and, along with Emerald 2008, has been created to fit the hinged profiles for easier assembly of top fixed arch windows and bottom sliding that are typologically required for traditional architectural design in Arab countries.
On top of technical advantages, which also include moisture-free thermal efficiency, superior strength to withstand calculated wind loads and dead loads and prevention of heat loss, the new systems also deliver excellent mechanical qualities that help improve health and quality living and create minimal impact on the environment.
