Condat has announced it will display its complete range of lubricants for high-pressure and gravity die casting at Euroguss 2008 being held in Nurnberg, Germany, from March 11 to 13.
The lubricants Condat has designed including those it reformulated recently meet the needs of all casting techniques at all stages of the foundry process.
The range comprises vanishing lubricants, plunger lubricants, slide-rail lubricants, fire resistant lubricants, heat transfer fluids and pastes and greases.
The company has completely reformulated its Condafond range for high-pressure die casting to meet with reach and biocides legislations as well as the expectations of the foundry industry. It reduces the cost of waste treatment.
Its ladle coating range has been completely reformulated to meet with export and environmental legislations. Several advantages have been created including high adhesion temperature (more than 800 deg C), easy to apply by brush, zinc and mineral free, different packaging available, protects all material support including iron and steel as well as the ladle or ingot or pouring wheel.
Condat offers annexed products such as lubricants for metal working and associated equipment. It also offers a diagnosis with its thermal camera so the best product can be recommended.
Due to new technical attempts, market pressure, waste treatment costs that increase, environmental legislation evolution, Condat offers a global solution for the continuous improvement of the lubricant during its life cycle (at all stages while mixing, dosing, spraying, controlling, filtration, recycling, water treatment).
In this context, consumption and production costs are significantly reduced.
With a focus on efficiency and proximity, Condat recently decided to intensify its process of internationalisation worldwide. Beyond production units in France, United States, Brazil and China, Condat has also several subsidiaries in Europe with one in Germany, Condat GmbH.
