As a regional leader, Zamil Industrial recently broke new ground by signing a 22-year energy performance contract with Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (Sabic) to manage the complete outsourcing of process and comfort cooling at Saudi Iron & Steel Company (Hadeed), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sabic. The 6th Doha Conference on Natural Gas, held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar, from 29 October to 1 November 2007 at the Qatar International Exhibition Centre in Doha. This year’s energy exhibition and conference, jointly organised by Qatar Expo in association with Qatar Petroleum, was the largest DCNG ever. The company also participated in Batimat France 2007, the biggest and most international construction exhibition in Europe, with more than 400,000 visitors in attendance, 80,000 of them from 141 countries.
