Major Projects completed by Turk Heavy Transport include Alba projects of phases 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. 

For Potlines 4 and 5 THT managed the complete transportation requirements. Other major projects it was involved with include Riffa Power Station; Sitra Desalination Plant; GIIC – iron ore palletising plant; Garmco – complete Cold Mill Expansion Project; GPIC – Urea expansion project; Alba Calciner Coke Plant and Hidd Power Station.
In addition, the company transported almost all the substation transformers in Bahrain and placed them onto foundation by special jacking and skidding methods where required.
