A world leader in speedcook solutions
TurboChef high speed cooking ovens, which cook up to 14 times faster than conventional products, premiered recently in the Middle East during Gulfood 2005.
Promoters of TurboChef explained that not only are the ovens fast they also contribute to a higher customer spend against lower costs.
Habtoor International (distributor for the UAE) held a demonstration at its stand during which visitors saw and tasted food treated on TurboChef ovens. It was aimed to show why the food was prepared fastest and also tasted good.
“From high-end restaurant food such as salmon and rack of lamb to snack-style pizza, chicken wings, sweet cinnamon rolls and toasted filled baguette, all is done in a fraction of the normal cooking time by just pressing three buttons,” an Habtoor official said. “Worldwide companies prefer TurboChef in time-sensitive foodservice operations that demand a high-quality product for their customers. These include quick service and fine dining restaurants, cinemas, petrol stations, c-stores, leisure parks, canteens, sport stadiums, hotels, airports and free-flow counters.”
