Swift Freight International is now providing Adidas-Salomon warehousing services at Jebel Ali Free Zone facilities. Swift's responsibility for the total inventory control of Adidas's goods, entails providing a gamut of services including picking, packing, sorting, stacking and storing.

The company's warehousing services are supported by its recently-installed state-of-the-art complete warehouse management system. The software enables Swift to provide Adidas with RF scanning and bar coding facilities, real-time communication and information sharing capability, efficient and highly customised billing, inventory status and goods efficiency reports and up to date cycle counting services, says Swift managing director Joseph Raj.
