APV Products, an Invensys subsidiary, is launching a heat exchanger enquiry tool known as the PHR Wizard. The new response tool is available on the Internet at www.phewizard.com.

"This new tool means that you no longer need to invest valuable time in defining the appropriate data required to size up a heat exchanger, and then submitting it via the phone, fax or email to your local APV office," says Stephan Dall, who is responsible for e-commerce business development within APV products.

"APV PHE Wizard collects technical details entered by the user and converts the resulting data into a personalised enquiry. The information is then immediately transferred to your local APV heat exchanger expert, who generates a quotation in line with the enquiry," said a company statement.
