Mahindra Satyam, a leading global consulting and IT services provider, has announced the launch of Structural Testing Analysis & Measurement of Projects (Stamp), an offering aimed at beaming a unique spotlight into the unexplored structural quality of its clients’ most business critical applications.
This launch is a first step of the strategic partnership between Mahindra Satyam and Cast, the world leader in software analysis and management (SAM). This new offering aims at analysing structural quality of the application stack resulting in delivering higher performance, greater reliability and increased security to the customers as well as reducing underlying technical debt.
“Approximately 30 per cent of production defects are due to structural quality. Mahindra Satyam Stamp will help clients’ application owners identify the structural issues before they reach production, and will provide insight for implementing corrections prior to current or future delivery of software, thereby reducing overall cost of correction,” a company spokesman said.
