Almoayyed Motors, the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury importer-dealer in Bahrain, has built the first showroom outside of North America conforming to Ford's new global standards.

It recently held a dedication ceremony for its new $5.3 million state-of-the-art showroom and service complex in Sitra, Manama. Dale C Wendell, executive director and general manager of Ford Worldwide Direct Market Operations (WDMO), said at a news conference: "I am touched and very proud of this demonstration of confidence by the management of Almoayyed Motors in its partnership with Ford, and I'm thrilled by their commitment to offering their customers the highest satisfaction of any brand in Bahrain."

Built on a 61,000 sq m plot, the 7,000 sq m facility is a clear demonstration of Almoayyed Motors' dedication to its Ford, Lincoln and Mercury customers, stressed Farouk Almoayyed, chairman of the YK Almoayyed & Sons Group of Companies.

The new Ford facility is a fully integrated showroom, service and parts centre built to global standards. Service department customers will have the opportunity to enjoy high-quality service delivered by a Ford-trained team using the latest equipment at competitive fixed prices.
