Activity at a previous GI edition

Gulf Industry Fair (GIF) 2016, showcasing products and innovations in manufacturing and other fields, will this year present activities designed to give visitors a wider understanding of the factors and forces influencing decisions in the different facets of the industrial world.

One of the attractions of the event (February 9-11, Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre) is a programme on Innovation and Lateral thinking for leaders

The two day workshop conducted by business guru Adi Breuer, encourages current or future business leaders and industrialists to acknowledge and recognise their potential in innovating their businesses.

Breuer, the co-founder and director of Paradigm Shifters Consulting Inc, is a multi-faceted career coach, with 25 years’ worth of experience in corporate management and consulting over 200 companies globally.

“Adi is dedicated to supporting organisations and individuals to grow and innovate through the leadership potential of its workforce,” says Hisham Al Taher, managing partner of the co-organisers for the workshop, LEAD Training Consultancy.

“His methodology has proved globally successful from Germany to Japan” adds Al Taher.

During the two day workshop, Breuer will be guiding attendees through a unique programme, covering leadership development, executive impact and innovative approaches to leadership drawn from the potential of each delegate and their collective knowledge and experiences.

“The theme for Gulf Industry Fair is innovation.  We are honored to be partnering with LEAD Training Consultancy to build on the theme through the master class programme,” said Jubran Abdulrahman, managing director of Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).

“We have received quality registration enquiries from leading companies in Saudi Arabia as well as Bahrain which will provide unique training dynamics and perspective to the programme,” concluded Abdulrahman

The workshop is scheduled to run on February 10 and 11 during Gulf Industry Fair 2016.

On February 10 the show will host the Innovation for Industry Forum supported by the Minister of Industry and Commerce. The forum will cover topics on Engines for Industrial Growth and Innovative Products for Industry and will include the iTech Awards Presentation.

Gulf Industry Fair 2016 will also stage a Career Day programme to aid students and unemployed individuals who hope to seek professions in industry. The programme will also include Gulf Connexions guiding attendees.
