ALBA has reported that its sales volume grew 2.3 per cent year on year in the third quarter of this year with output also showing an increase along with a rise in the proportion of value-added sales. The company said it was on target to reach its annual growth targets with Q3 sales amounting to 232,922 tonnes against 227,758 tonnes.

Almarai Q3 profit up 13.4pc SAUDI Arabia’s Almarai, the Gulf’s largest dairy company, reported a 13.4 per cent increase in third-quarter net profit. It made a profit of SR539.4 million ($143.8 million) in the quarter, up from SR475.6 million in the year-earlier period.
