Germany-based Kärcher, a world leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions, has opened a dedicated one-stop-shop for all after-sales maintenance and services at Ras Al Khor in Dubai, UAE.
The opening of the new unit fits in line with the company’s expansion plans in the region which aim to increase its direct client interaction, said a statement from Kärcher.
It will provide key services including repairs, purchase of accessories, and annual maintenance contract handling for both of Kärcher’s product lines, which include home and garden, and professional, it stated.
Speaking at the launch, Richard Nouira, the managing director, Kärcher Middle East, said: “We are working at increasing our reach to our existing and potential clients. To do this, we have found the best method is to be approachable directly, and the opening of numerous service centres across the Middle East is a part of this strategy.”
“We are excited at the opening of this new service centre as it is a milestone to meet the market requirements in the region,” he added.
The launch was also attended by Axel Stolz, executive vice president, sales export, Kärcher, and other staff from the company’s Middle East headquarters.
